Happy Sunday, folks! Last Sunday of the month. Loving the spring weather here in the South and spending more time outside. I am NOT a winter person.
Trying my hand at a bit of gardening this year, for the first time in a long time, too.
Happy with my progress. I won't likely hit the 5 lbs lost on the month, but that is alright. Numbers are moving in the right direction, that is what counts.
Starting weight December 25, 2016: 233. (Adjusted for new scale.)
Average from Feb. 27-March 5: 224.9
Average from March 6 - March 12: 223.8
Average from March 13 - March 19: 223.2
Average from March 20 - March 26: 222.2
Cumulative loss for March: 2.7 lbs.
Total cumulative loss: 10.8 lbs.
Ultimate goal:180. I haven't seen that number in 3 decades. Keep me accountable.
Move more. Eat less.

Doesn't look like I'll get below 200 this month. Weight loss is starting to slow down, probably putting on muscle. I'll be lucky if I get to 204 by end of month which would be 7lbs this month. Definitely starting to see gains though!!7 -

I did forget to weigh in yesterday. It's been a rough week. I've had some personal stuff happening, so it hurts to see that I gained, and I don't think I'll make it to the 5 lb goal this month. Bleh.

I'm using my weight "trend" number from Libra (which cuts out daily fluctuations, but is also slow to acknowledge weight loss...and plateaus)
