I'm so ashamed ...good news is - Beauty and the Beast is an awesome remake of the Disney cartoon version (One of my favorite Disney movies )
...well...I'm glad to see that even though I am struggling to get a handle on my out of control eating, this community is getting a benefit out of me keeping the posts going ...thank you so much for keeping me accountable and not letting me completely fall of this wagon I am so dearly holding onto.

Successes/Struggles: Saturday was a tough day - was at a family function and didn't count a calorie and I think it slowed my weight loss down for the week I weighed in on Friday and was 1.6 less than today. Oops! I know it was mainly water weight because I did some math last night on what I ate and figured I went over my calories by about 1500. Definitely not enough for true weight gain. Anyway. This month overall was a great success for me and I'm going to push for the same result in April!3 -

Success/struggles: seems everyday is a new struggle...lol. still getting on treadmill daily and trying get 11000 steps in a day. Food is the devil! Tonight got pulled on by a child size chocolate peanut butter custard milkshake. At least it wasn't a regular size like I used to get. Sugar and carbs are my enemy and my friends. I wish my treadmill and I were as close of friends. Gonna keep going though, I did lose and this challenge group helped me do that! Thanks!2 -
