This is the 25th attempt to lose the weight. I am 5'3" and am 178lbs. I have 3 kids and sit at a desk all day. I used to be an athlete, I'm a veteran. I know how to workout, but I don't know how to balance my time. I'm gluten free, so I really need to plan my meals anyway.
My issue is finding a solid routine and when to workout. I've started meal prepping on Sundays and pack my lunches for the week. Now, I need some advice on how to get my morning going with a workout, breakfast and also getting 3 kids under 8 ready for school.

Any working mamas have a good routine down?!

I have kids, work and go to school so I know what you mean. It was tough for me in the beginning. I have to workout in the evening after kids are in bed during the week. On the weekends I rather do it in the day since I'm the first one up. As it is I'm up at 4:30 and making it to work at 6:30 am, which makes it a bit hard for me to get in an am workout. But you need to try and see what works best for you.
