I am very delighted to say that ever since I started myfitnesspal I have learned and conquered the art of calorie counting and macro organization. I used to be close to 25% body fat when I was younger (call it the akward stage), to a completely different 10%, at 5ft 10 in I weigh in at 165 and a bmi of 23.5 (roughly). I now want to be a dietitian/exercise physiologist and plan on possible being a gym trainer. To this day my goal is health and taking good care of myself, by both eating the right foods as well as the right amount, also including exercise such as cardio, weight lifting and calisthenics. I have been using myfitnesspal for 2.5 years or so; I believe that nobody wants to be another statistic so we have to push ourselves since no one else will.
