I have been toying with LCHF and IF for a couple of years now but reading your story has given me the determination to really go for it. I have around 100lb to lose and if I even get anywhere near your loss rate I will be a very happy bunny. Best wishes, Lloyd.
One of the big reasons I'm posting all this is in the hope that others in similar circumstances might find it to be useful information. If you haven't yet I suggest you also go though all of @arguablysamson 's videos on his OMAD Revolution Youtube channel. There is a tremendous amount of good advice and motivational material in them.
Thanks Jim, will do and I'll keep following your story too of course0 -

LoL Jim! too much good food around these ladies are killers when they post their stuff! LOL0

It's true, OMAD has some serious food porn happening.
I love though how a group focused mainly on health and weight loss so totally celebrates good food.2 -

Jim you and your nephew are twins; two good looking guys! I immediately saw the shirt and just...smiled.0

Pretty sure that I experienced a whoosh last week, which is why this week's high weight dropped by 6 pounds.
I'm thinking based on past history that the next 2-3 weeks will be a little flat in terms of losses.
Still I'm hoping to hit my phase 1 goal within August because that will mark the one year anniversary since I started this campaign.3 -
Way to go, Jim! I always think the same when I drop 3+ pounds in a week.
I have no doubt you'll reach your August goal!0 -
Well oiled machine. Time marches on and you're progressing every minute of it. Awesome results.0
