    Family and holiday weekend following a stressful, snacking work week. Up a pound, hoping it's from the salt in the ham!!! Working hard to make up for it plus a loss this week. Now to get rid of all of those leftovers without doing it by eating them.

    Back down to 145.8 this morning, not bad for over eating all weekend. I've kept walking every day and want to get back to lifting this week.

    Wow, I've been out of the loop for a couple weeks here. I was down to 247.2 last week (from 253 starting) but today's WI was 249.6. It will be down again next week.

    I seriously need to start exercising. I love it but haven't been doing it. Definately need to make it and ME a priority? Not sure where everyone else is starting at?

    up and down this week, came out the same as last week. Still down 3.8 for challenge SO FAR. Exactly 7 weeks to go.
