    Paulchasindreams, your recipe would be even better for LC eating without the wwnoodles. Try doing zoodles with it, will cut down the carbs significantly. It looks like it would be fine without noodles of any kind as well.

    @rkmeyer41 My hubby makes the salsa in small batches and we just stick it in the fridge. We eat it pretty quick.

    Here was my supper last night! Ribeye steaks! One for me and one for hubby! Was so good! Had some sautéed mushrooms on the side! Yum!!
