Hi everyone, struggling with a plateau. Still 208 at the end of April.
It slows down the more you lose seems like. My ideas are low carb, exercisr, and portion control with the omad. Try all of that but dont go too low on portion control or it can be very discouraging.
I did not reach my weight goal, boo! But, it was my first month on OMAD, so I didn't know what to expect! I got 7 of the 14lbs. I'll take it! I did however eat all my leafy greens with every meal!
