Thank you so much everyone for your suggestions and well wishes. I am truly glad to have all the support. I am going strong and have started low impact exercises like leg raises and all which strengthen the muscles around the knees without putting weight and pressure on them. I have accepted that I have OA but the good news is that it is manageable with weight loss and exercise. I hope to update you all with better news next time :) And yes, OMAD is still working for me.

Hi Everyone! I hope all of you are doing well.
Wanted to update you all that I actually had a 9 mm of broken cartilage floating in my knee joint which had been causing all the trouble for the past 2 months. It was possibly caused by one of my workouts. I had to get an arthroscopy done to have it removed along with a lot of synovial fluid and inflamed tissue. I am now recovering from the procedure. I couldn't continue with OMAD due to my medications. I have gained a few pounds of course because of going away from OMAD, but I am sure i will be back on track soon. Looking forward to updating you all next time :)

Definitely a bonus that they fished that sucker out - can't imagine how much pain that would have been causing you... Yikes!

    Hi Everyone,

I am officially back to OMAD starting tomorrow. Since I had almost a two month gap in my OMAD journey, I am going to start a fresh update. Just to summarize my weight loss journey,

    Starting weight 105 kg/231.5 lbs
    Current weight 78.8 kg/173.4 lbs
Total weight loss 26.2 kg/57.6 lbs
Weight loss with OMAD around 15 kg/33 lbs in 24 weeks
Goal weight range 62 to 65 kg/136 to 143 lbs

I want to achieve my goal weight before my 33rd b'day on 19th May, 2018. I think it will the best gift I could give myself :)

I will now be starting again from tomorrow and will consider this to be week 25, resuming from where I left.
