Taken from this recipe - http://www.eatingwell.com/recipe/250647/chocolate-dipped-graham-crackers/

1/2 c [83 grams] semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 whole graham wafers/crackers [96 grams]

Break wafers into 16 pieces. Mine had seams to make them easier to break. Cover cookie sheet with waxed/parchment paper, Melt chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl. I did at high power 20 seconds, stirred, 20 seconds, stirred, 20 seconds, stirred, 15 seconds, stirred to melt last 4 chips. Dip grahams into chocolate and lay on cookie sheet. Add toppings you want. I spread the chocolate on with a knife and left them as is. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or eat them; I'm not your mom. :)

I used Hershey's Chipits chips and Bulk Barn graham wafers. Nutrition is per cracker or 4th, not the whole wafer.
