    Ugh, I have the same issue, so I gave up on that style too. I almost exclusively wear sleeveless tops with cardigans now.

    I just buy men's shirts...I need the longer sleeves and torso anyway...and they tend to be cheaper than women's...

    Do you really need button down tailored shirts?
    Just wear knits / sweaters and jazz it up with a necklace.
    Forever 21 is not geared to professional office attire. Switch to Ann Taylor for work clothes for a mall type chain.
