    Stylishly late! But I'm joining in.

    4-29 Weight this am 153.8 So far I've lost almost 9 pounds. I'm averaging about 1# a week despite low carb and lean protein and exercise. Sigh. The joys of being post menopausal.

    4-23 171lbs (I was 170.4 yesterday...had a couple of adult bevies so holding a bit of water weight I think)

    4-24 170.6lbs (now to get the last of the weekend bloat off, lots of water and a good hike with the dog should do it)

    4-25 170.8

    4-26 169.4lbs YAY....into a new decade!!!

    4-27 169.4lbs

    4-28 169.8lbs

    4-29 168.3lbs (I'm at my parents this weeken so I used Moms scale this morning. Not sure if it will be the same loss on mine)

    @Anger67 yay!! Good job! I was up 2 lbs :| today.
    It happens, but keep plugging at it daily thru diet and exercise. Weight goes on SO FAST for me, comes off like molasses relative to the gain.
    I know it's too late to join...
    Never too late to do anything positive :)

    4-24 - 220.8 - it's odd to be getting on the scale every day
    4-25 - 221.8 - not sure if I like the daily weight fluctuations, staying honest so it should pan out.
    4-26 - 220 - going in the right direction just taking the scenic route
    4-27 - 219.8

    4-29 - 218.6
    4-30 - 218.4 :)

    4-23. 142 after 1st round of 10 days
    4-24. 142
    4-25. 142
    4-26 through 29. 142. In Hawaii but Hope to stay consistent
    4-30- 144.1. Back home and Yikes!!! Too much fun!! Got my work cut out now!

    4-30 Really watched my carbs yesterday. Lots of protein shake and chicken breast. I actually weighed in at 151.8 this morning. 2# down! Of course I know I'll fluctuate up and down for a bit. That seems to be my pattern. But it's still a thrill. Inspired me to be extra conscientious today. Off to the elliptical.
