4-29 Weight this am 153.8 So far I've lost almost 9 pounds. I'm averaging about 1# a week despite low carb and lean protein and exercise. Sigh. The joys of being post menopausal.

4-23 171lbs (I was 170.4 yesterday...had a couple of adult bevies so holding a bit of water weight I think)
4-24 170.6lbs (now to get the last of the weekend bloat off, lots of water and a good hike with the dog should do it)

4-30- 144.1. Back home and Yikes!!! Too much fun!! Got my work cut out now!

Only two more days for round 2 let's make the most of it! Settle down. Take a break from thinking about things that worry you. Look at life through new eyes! Be kind to yourself. 4-30 Really watched my carbs yesterday. Lots of protein shake and chicken breast. I actually weighed in at 151.8 this morning. 2# down! Of course I know I'll fluctuate up and down for a bit. That seems to be my pattern. But it's still a thrill. Inspired me to be extra conscientious today. Off to the elliptical.
