Hey there! I have been using MyFitnessPal for about a month now and decided it was time to add some friends! My name is Emily and I am interested in anything related to holistic wellness! In February I did a sugar detox challenge for 7 days and it really started changing my life. I always knew I needed to get rid of sugar, but until I REALLY saw how I felt when I was on it, I didn't have the motivation. Now I have resisted tons of sugar, have been eating healthier and working on consuming more water every day! I'm working on getting my sleep on track and then after that I am hoping to get back to exercising! Feel free to add me as a friend!

    Feel free to add me too! I've just joined and am aiming to lose just over 40lbs. I'm a teacher and art student, love yoga (although I haven't done much of it lately!), have just connected up my FitBit Charge HR to my MFP and enjoying seeing my steps get added on each day! I'm vegetarian and live in Scotland with two dogs and a cat. :smile:
