    LMAO!! I thought for a moment you meant substituting onions for a sugar content (they're very high in sugars, that's why caramelising them is so easy!) but this is miles better! Iron-rich goat's blood.... Now there's something I never thought of before....! And the cauli rice... OMG.... !!

    That was hysterical. No one can stop me from using zucchini noodles instead of the good kind! lol
