Hey Saturdays weigh in GoaDies post you loss or gain
this week I stay the same, hopefully next week the scale would move down ward.

    No change this week.... still 1 lb away from 24.9 bmi. :/

    I take my previous weigh in back...

    I was a bit miffed at no loss, so did an extra weigh in this morning to see if it was just a bit of water retention from extra workouts this week... I am very happy to say I did drop 1lb this week and for the first time in years, at 24.9 BMI.
