TIL that I'm not Superwoman & admitting I need a mental break is not weak. My body & brain are telling me to lay off, stop & rest for a few wks. It's one of the few times in my life I'm not pushing through & ignoring what my body is saying. I've been sleeping 17-hrs/day since I decided to take off the month of Dec. I hate to admit defeat, but, I am & it's okay.
