    Awesome job!! You've officially passed me in amount of weight lost - I've lost 34.4 lbs and I've been doing this for almost 2 months longer than you (started May 23rd)... I need to take a page (or chapter) out of your book!

    Intake - 1,100ish Calories

    Soooo much sodium, and it was sooo good. The Red Beans would have been just fine alone, but I insist on putting half a bottle of Louisiana hot sauce.

    Intake - 800 Calories

    I got super full last night, and fast. I think my appetite correction is coming back since I have been so consistent.

    Intake - 960 calories


    Busy night last night, being a Dance Mom. lol. I don't know if 172 will stick but it is exciting either which way.

    It is just what I needed to get re-inspired. On a positive note on my slow months.... at-least I know that I can maintain when it comes to that time.
