Soooo much sodium, and it was sooo good. The Red Beans would have been just fine alone, but I insist on putting half a bottle of Louisiana hot sauce.

I got super full last night, and fast. I think my appetite correction is coming back since I have been so consistent.

Busy night last night, being a Dance Mom. lol. I don't know if 172 will stick but it is exciting either which way.
