    Well the ball dropped just like I knew it had to. It was a heavy carb night.



    The same thing happens to me when I eat Carbs, they are evil but oh so yummy!

    Those blasted carbs will get you every time. You can lose that water weight in no time though

    Not a lot of calories so if you gain some water weight, it's only only temporary!

    Lunch with coworkers - kung pow chicken with fried rice

    3 slices of pizza for dinner

    Saturday

    Cheeseburger
    Seasoned fries
    Half of avacado


    Lots of calories this weekend. Mostly sodium, lots of water today and a lite dinner tonight, to jump of my lite week night meals.

    Wow, your weekly losses for March are great!

    Don’t worry about the splurge day. You were doing very low cals so a splurge weekend should not do you much harm, if at all! Onwards and downwards :)
