Impatient! I've to make a lot of noise today shredding papers, opening & closing my front door numerous times to hang laundry outside to dry & take out the trash but I've to wait approximately another ½ hour, to begin because of noise ordnance!

I like PPL, and I've been doing PPL, PPL, Rest for a while now.

Although I'm considering giving Full Body a try

I want to like full body. It seems so efficient. I just never enjoy running it.
