Hush puppies, fried oysters and French fries for breakfast....really! A load of processed fried food does not give energy. Poor food choices lead to low energy. I'm 71 and do water aerobics, yoga, pylo, resistance training, power lifiting, a step class and water zumba. 3 classes per day 6 days a week. I am a low carber and it works great for me. At my age, I've actually increased my muscle mass by 3.4 pounds in the last 3 months.

You're not eating NEARLY enough and no where near enough protein for all that exercise. Have you tried this site: http://www.iifym.com? Maybe try calculating your own personal macros based on your sex/height/weight/exercise level to determine how many calories and nutrients (macros) you should be eating. I found it very helpful. You can select the level that works for you.
