I need help with rice ??

Is white rice bad to eat or no???! My go to is white rice and chicken with veggies. Pleeease help me out ??

Nothing is bad in moderation (well, almost nothing). White rice will is a simple carb so it will digest quickly and convert to sugar. Brown rice is a slightly better option. Better than rice though, in my opinion, is quinoa. Either way you go though, still an excellent meal choice.0

No. No food is bad. Eating too much of any food will make you gain weight.
I usually weigh out 3-4 ounces of rice with meal, log it and eat it. I eat rice about 4-5 times a week.2 -
It's not bad or good in isolation, it depends on the context of the rest of your diet. Do you like it? Does it fit in your calorie and nutritional goals? If so, I would consider it a good food.1

Nothing unhealthy about it. But- Just watch the portion (it is easy to over-eat rice since it is fairly calorie dense), and make sure you are getting enough protein-fat-fiber to go along with it.
Depending on your daily calorie goal and stats, you may only be able to fit a tiny amount of starch foods without skimping on recommended minimums of other macros.0
