    OK, wow! I happened to see my last post response....I AM SO SORRY ADMIN. I will never copy and paste my stats again, I wasn't expecting to paste everyone else's, so I apologize to all those members. Ok, on to what's been going on: I started this challenge in the beginning of October and with that, I added a fitness regimen using a strength training program which means that my weight is fluctuating tremendously! The scale is going up and down and with all of this being said, how am I supposed to track my weight loss if I'm gaining because I'm putting on muscle mass (trust me it's not a whole lot) BUT I'm losing inches. Anyone else in here going through the same thing?

    hey @jess1879 :smile: I'd recommend using a weight averaging website to even out your ups & downs. If you have a fitbit then trendweight.com is good otherwise myweighttracker.com and you should be able to see if your average is going up or down or staying the same. hope this helps.. can be a pain to work out where you're heading!
