    My goals change constantly.
    Goal 1 - get into healthy weight range determined by my doctor ✅
    Goal 2 - get body fat to 25% or below (just hit 25%) ✅
    Goal 3 - increase weight lifting, ongoing goal
    Goal 4 - Run a 5k without any walking, currently training for events in Oct and Dec
    Goal 5 - Run a 10k without walking (This is for next year lol)
