    What an inspiration! I told myself on June 22nd of this year that I was going to lose 100 lbs. in the next year. You have proven I can do it!!! Perhaps I will get on my husband's Indian Motorcycle then.

    You got this Liz! I will be right there watching you drop the weight and I look forward to seeing pictures of you on your hubby's motorcycle too!! :) GOALS girl!! You can achieve them all. You Got This!

    I'm so very impressed! Teach me your ways! I'm 43, 251lbs and in desperate need of guidance. There are so many different nutritional plans its ridiculous. What did you change about your diet? Did you count calories? Macros? Carbs? Help!
