    My husband reminded me of miles we tracked on his phone while on holiday inSA (we normalu use Sports trekker) so I got some "bonus" or should I say unexpected miles. Im now at Bree, but this will be the last jump. From now on I track as I walk/cycle.
    Im hoping the morning sicknes will go away soon, its horrble to walk while nasious. Managed 13km and one 15km bike ride since last posted.

    Forgot to post my run from Tuesday! I ran 3.5 miles on Tuesday and another 2.5 this morning! Puts me 11.78 miles away from Bree!
