I personally wouldn't do anything...4

I did it when I was doing 5:2 fasting and it took a long time to adapt to.
At first even moderate exercise made me Mr Wobbly!
Start gently and build up slowly and progressively.
Weights is a low calorie burn and I found far easier to do and adapt to. Eventually (after many weeks) my cardio performance was the same fasted or fed for an hour of exercise.
An alternative is to make your fasting days rest days of course.1 -

You really shouldn't push yourself very hard when in a fasted state.1

When i did 5:2 i would still be able to walk 8km(5miles) and i had no problems but i honestly wouldn't push yourself on a fasting day. Just do things you enjoy
I tend to get really cranky if i don't get my morning walk.

There are 2 trains of thought...well 3. Some take rest days. Some do strength training, but keep the volume manageable, others do LISS. The one form of exercise I wouldn't do is anything high or moderate intensity, especially for any length of time. For me, since cardio/running triggers my appetite less than lifting, I would go for an easy run or hike. Find what works for you.1

I will chime in here....
I have mentioned this before, and will state again that all I can do is Steady State Cardio fasted. I have tried to do training fasted and simple can not do it. I get a HUGE killer headache within five seconds. And, that is with the warm up weights...so, I dont even make it to the working set.
Everyone is different. I would suggest that you play with this a little bit and find what works for you. I think that most would find the same results as I have. But, hey - you never know. Experiment a little bit.
I am currently doing Intermittent Fasting and don't eat until 11AM. I am also doing a low carb plan due to high A1C values. So, I time my carbs around my workout. I finish eatting around 6PM each day. So, I have a seven hour window to eat. I am now working out at lunch time!1
