I wish I could help but I weighed my most after my second pregnancy!

Keep in mind that exhaustion happens during pregnancy and no food is going to change that. Cravings I'm afraid I don't have any advice on. I didn't really have cravings other than spinach and feta pies! They were shockingly scarce so I didn't get

Is it a good idea to try and lose weight whilst pregnant? I'd want the opinion of at least one trained health care professional before commencing any weight loss programme.

If you were very obese, it might be safe to lose or maintain under the guidance of your obgyn. I wouldn't take advice on it from people here, though.

You should talk to your OB about what is safe during pregnancy. Right now I'm trying to lose weight so that we can try for a baby and have a healthy pregnancy. It's been hard, but I'm down 10lb so far. I want to get down another 15-20lb so that I am at my target weight before starting this process. I have so many health issues that I need all the odds in my favor as much as I can. Good luck! When in doubt, ask the doc.
