I'd like to own my own small business related to art/crafts and actually have it be sustainable. That means having enough people out in the world with money who value the arts who are willing to buy it without me having to sell to the lowest bidder.0

Wanted to be a Chef all my life. Life had other plans. My goal now is to enroll in Culinary School when I retire. In less than two years. I may never be a Chef in a restaurant, but I want the training.5

My son lives just around the corner from this one.
The green color isn't my thing, I would instead like it in cobalt blue.

I would grow my own food so it wouldn't be sprayed with chemicals, I would make my own rules so I don't have to be a sheep and believe everything the government and the "news" tells me about what I should and shouldn't do and that would make me save my tax dollars and then I would live happily ever after.
Northern clime or tropical?

True story: My brother is a prosperous guy in the world of finance. His oldest son graduated with high honors from U Texas and immediately started working for J P Morgan Bank. After one year, he decided he hated it and he quit. He enrolled in culinary school. After graduating, he started working in a top restaurant in NYC. After a year of that he got a job as director of cafeteria services for a private school in Manhattan.
So instead of being a banker and hating it, he's a cook and loving it cooking for banker's kids.2 -
