    Wow...this challenge is going strong! My sister was in the hospital this week, so my life has been very hectic. she's home now and doing better, but I completely lost track. I feel so bad about getting off track and not being of much support to you all lately, but I will do better. My sacroiliac has really been bothering me lately, too, so I need to take care of that, too. I am on a 4-day vacation next week/weekend, so things may be a little lax then...not sure what the Wifi situation will be like. Keep up the good work! I will check in but will restart my challenge next month.

    We all have days/weeks when life just chucks everything at us.
    You made it through. You know how your food went and the reasons why. Start again after a well earned break <3

    @Kullerva Sounds like a rough time, I'm sorry. Sometimes things like that make it hard to prioritize being healthy and mindful. Give yourself some love.

    I worked late, a very long day without enough food so I had to force feed myself a big meal before 8:00 to get enough veggies and protein AND not eat after 8 pm. Not ideal.

    I put this in another thread, but I just want to briefly pat myself on the back: I got frosting on my hand setting up snacks for a morning program but I didn't eat it - Still no sugar even though frosting touched me, lol.
