1 degree this morning. Dang polar vortex.

Battle with oil company last night. Local company merged with larger company and subsequently lost our autodelivery schedule for business and residence. Ran out of oil at business and then needed a tech to restart furnace (evidently clogged nozzle from sludge at bottom of tank)...got a them to deliver oil, but got no response when called for emergency service. Had to call a client with oil business and plead for help. He now has my oil business.

    Be OP ;-)

    Good morning gentlemen.

That sounds pretty annoying, Lee. The sort of thing that seems to only happen in the worst of conditions. I haven't seen an oil furnace in many years. Are they still common in your part of the counry?

I am feeling much better, this morning. Knock on wood. DW is lagging behind me on the recovery.

    Stay warm.

    Good Morning!

Lee, does not sound like fun, but some of the best vendors are discovered by what you describe.

Dave, glad to hear that you are feeling better!

    Take care, all!

Good Morning! Lee, amazing story. Glad you were able to find relief. Had a great Drs visit yesterday. Had a pain free day after an injection of Toradol/B12. But it has now begun to wear off. But it was sweet for a day it has been so long since I can remember that feeling. Glad to hear you are doing better Dave. Hopefully your DW will not be far behind.

Good grief Lee that's terrible. Good luck with pain Bill. Flu here on Tue and fever by Wed nite. Hope it doesn't linger. Glad Dave is doing better and that DW follows soon for sure.

Saw that Mt. Washington 39 below with 93 mph winds. Hope they don't have Lee's oil company. Lee, your receptionist's husband is lucky, so long as recovery goes well.

Windchill supposed to be -39 tonight here. Then gradually warming rest of week into 40's. Shirtsleeve weather in comparison.

    Have a great day.

Yep, most homes are heated with oil in Northeast. Still the most economical.

Mt Washington always has the nastiest weather. Yikes.

Bill, toradol is awesome until it eats a hole in your stomach or shuts down your kidneys. Glad you got some relief temporarily. I know you are careful with those nsaids.
