Weight loss slowed down

  • "I know I need to exercise more too but I don't like eatig the cals burnt "

This sounds corny but ever since I heard it, it's really helped me...You have to think of your metabolism as a fire and food as the fuel. You have to keep the fire burning at a steady flame (not too high and not too low). When you exercise, the flame is gonna get low so you need the fuel to get it burning again. Just eat healthy calories (like protein shakes or high protein foods like grilled chicken, fresh veggies, etc.) after you exercise and you won't feel bad about eating the calories back.
  • I have had weight loss surgery but that said..when I stall it is my carbs every single time....I cut mine down to 30 g a day. If I go over by much I gain or stall EVERYTIME....everyone...weight loss surgery or not should keep carbs under 100g a day...but if 50 g is not working I would not go lower than 30 g in a day. We need carbs for energy and if you work out you could go up to 40g of carbs in a day. Try that and see if it helps you! Good luck!
