    spinach, mango, pineapple and banana smoothie, coffee, tea
    lunch:
    half salad from wendy's with water
    supper: Ole wrap with grilled chicken, bacon, light cheese and tomatoe with light chips and diet c oke
    snack: graham cracker with 2 tbs cool whip for a MOCK ICE CREAM sandwich with a hot tea

    L: Salad with chicken breast, avocado and sesame soy dressing, cheese string and an apple
    D : Air Fried Chicken burger and french fries.
