I’m 5 feet tall. I’m 46. I’m always struggled with say 5-7 pounds as this is a big deal gained or lost . Refent changes in my
Personal life have affected my very routine exercise plan and that combined with the holidays have left me feeling sluggish and a way out of balance . Being 5 feet tall with my body type are something a take seriously because even 5 pounds added are a huge disappointing effect on me ! I love to do spin classes and a time struggle with my grown daughter moving back in along with her son, my grandson whose 6 who is homeschooled have affected my routine 100%!! My weight gain might not happen also if I made better food choices even if I cannot get to my spin class. The eating alone I know is more of a factor than my workouts!!! I’m currently in a new program because I feel Like I need more education in the way I eat and the way I See foods opposed to the many years of a set in way thinking I knew or know so much about the food & bad stuff. I’m needing a huge overall. Sorry that’s so long

To lose weight, you just have to eat less. MFP gives you a target to hit - set your weight loss goal to the smallest option per week - if you hit it daily, you will lose weight. You don't have to eat or avoid any foods, or even exercise.

For optimal health, however, you want to eat a balanced diet and exercise moderately.
