I'm starting a bit late but since I record my weight daily, I will catch up. I started my journey to a healthier life June 2017 when I was told I was pre-diabetic. So far I have lost 60 lbs and incorporated regular exercise into my day. So, here goes:

    Day/Weight/Comment
01/28 - 193.8 / I eat about 1400 calories a day; best thing ever is the MFP food diary
    01/29 - 192.6
    01/30 - 191.8
    01/31 - 190.6
    02/01 - 190.0
    02/02 - 190.0
    02/03 -
    02/04
    02/05
    02/06

Wow, 60 lbs is amazing! I know you AND your doctor are proud. Great job taking your health into your own hands and doing what it takes to keep you off diabetes protocols. So exciting!

Only suggestion I can make (I don't know much about the keto lifestyle) is water intake. Are you drinking enough water to help with the weight lost? When I began MFP, someone told me my water goal should be 1/2 my weight in ounces of water. "Drink till you shrink!"
