Check out my pinterest page! I have been eating plant based for about 3 months now. I still eat eggs and have been using butter but I have been substituting all milk in recipes with original almond milk and I found vegan sour cream and cream cheese at Kroger. They also have dairy free cheese, yogurt, mayo. Any recipes that have meat I omit and add in tofu.

Vegan student here so cooking with not a lot of experience / time / money. Would recommend buying soya cream, it's really good calorie wise (( a lot lower than you'd think)). My favourite thing is mac and "cheese" or creamy garlic pasta. It's a red onion fried with garlic and chilli, add chopped mushrooms and continue to fry, add in your soya cream, a little salt and pepper and cook. Add pasta a voila!!! You can add ANY veggies you like to it, peas and broccoli ((for lots of vegan protein)), courgettes, peppers, chopped leaks, spinach... so tasty. Also feel free to message me for anymore x

This is super easy Vegan chili and its in the MFP database. I snuck home and threw this into crockpot at lunch time, should be ready to eat while I'm watching The Voice later.

curry chick peas over basmati rice is one of my favorite vegan meals. A teriyaki tofu stir fry is good too! Just look up simple vegan recipes - there are tons out there!
