February running total to date – 111.71
Nominal challenge goal: 100 miles
Real goals: Transition from recovery to base building by end of month. Give myself a chance to start and complete Boston 2018.
Today's notes – Final February report: Ended the month with a "group run," but it was on a familiar route and I ran most of it alone, or if I was with someone they were mostly running behind me. Beautiful evening, near perfect running weather, and OCD for 200m in the parking lot to make it to 7 miles.
