    4/01 311.2 April 1st, 2018 (0.8 lb total, 0.4 average)
    4/08 309.2 April 8th, 2018 (2.8 lb total, 0.9 average)
    4/15 308.0 April 15th, 2018 (4.0 lb total, 1.0 average) - need to average 1.45 loss per week to get to 20 lb loss
    4/22 308.8 April 22nd, 2018 (3.2 lb total 0.6 average) - need to average 1.62 loss per week to get to 20 lb loss)

    Hey everybody. It has been a struggle. I just started sleeping 8 hours a night. Maybe some of it was moving from nights to day shift. However, a few weeks in I was eating too much. I dropped drinking my green smoothies for lunch like I use to when I worked nights and tried Intermittent Fasting. It just didn’t work for me. I lost zero pounds during that time and had no energy.

    After a month of that nonsense I realized I was at standstill. So I just have been watching what I eat closely and pushing myself to work out after work.

    So far 10.4 lbs lost.
    I would like to join in. I am a week late.

    Sad story. I lost twenty pounds by strictly watching what I ate. It is not much for the whole amount that I have to lose but, it was a start.

    I definitely have an emotional eating problem so when I quit my job in December most of my hard work went away. Plus, for the past decade when I started packing on the pounds I worked graveyard shift which made it even harder for me to lose weight. Now I finally have a normal day shift job.

    I will not be summer ready but, hopefully it will help.

    SW: 285 lbs.
    GW: 265 lbs.

    I was sick for 2-3 weeks, then my son got sick for 3 weeks and I'm completely off the workout wagon. Need to get back on there and quit the late night snacking habit that's been creeping back since the sicknesses.
