    I had a pretty decent sized one on the internal side of my wrist, right under the thumb. I tried hitting it down with a big book constantly. One day at the gym, it was hurting and I was so sick of it’s discomfort, I took a 15lb weight that was octa shaped so it had an angle/ point and I slammed the point against the cyst and pop! Lol hasn’t come back since

    I had one as a teen and the doctor told me it was harmless and to live with it if it isn't painful. It wasn't bothersome so I just forgot about it. It went away on its own at some point and I don't even remember when. All I remember was that one day I looked at my hand and thought "hmm, where did it go?"
