I did a Couch to 5k app to get ready for my first 5k. Since I was successful with that and I work better with some motivation, tonight I started a 5k to 10k app. I think this will help me keep up the running
Absolutely it will help you keep running!! So, you've been doing all this training, all this running on your own? That's great!! I find I need to go with other people, but then I have never tried running with music. I am told that is the only way to go!! Is that how you do it?0 -

I like it on my own because then I don't feel pressure to run faster than I am ready for. I listen to Pandora, either the Running Radio, or 80's Cardio stations. It really helps keep me going!2 -
