Week 8 - Its a double challenge!!

Hi Everyone,
Since we are all working to get going again -hopefully before swimsuit season and the summer doldrums, try on the following!
1) Go to the NSV (Non-Scale Victories) thread below and enter your NSV - it can be weight, work or family related, or just not smacking someone who richly deserved it!
2) If you haven't tried journaling, give it a try this week. We all know that the many other things that we all deal we affect our minds and bodies. See if you can write something each day. Maybe we can narrow down those things that are effecting what we put in our mouths or keep us from our exercise plan! You don't have to share this with the group so you can be very open with yourself!
