My fat is always so high. Protein is pretty good and carbs are to low. Just started, any recommendations? Is it just to keep trying eating the right foods to balance it all out?

Yep. Your macro goals are just a guide, and they are mostly personal preference. You just keep playing around with it until you find what works for you. Having said that, there is no minimum requirement for carbs, so maybe your just accidentally doing low carb1 -
Right foods and balance means right foods for you and balance for you. If you like a diet higher in fat and lower in carbs than MFP's default suggestion, keep in mind that it's just a suggestion, and many people change those settings, lots even before they try to figure out how they like to eat.2
