Some Clarity on My Weight Gain

Um, unsafe? I've been drinking hundreds of ounces of water per day for years. In order to reach any level of danger, you have to drink "gallons and gallons of water" which is nearly impossible without trying. Drinking lots of water throughout the day doesn't hurt anyone as long as they are keeping sodium and other electrolytes in check. You are not going to get hyponatremia from drinking 171 ounces of water per day.
I'm no doctor, but I can almost guarantee a doctor is not going to tell you to stop drinking 171 ounces of water, especially if you are working out on a daily basis.
He is on a diuretic and under the care of a cardiologist that is unaware of his water intake.
I still don't think he is in danger, but talking to an actual doctor never hurts5 -
I didnt read this whole thing, just the original post and my question is.... what are you cooking your eggs in, oil, butter? How do you prepare chicken? Are you adding anything to your oatmeal? It’s not just the food that counts, you also need to account for fats and oils in prep.0

I cook my eggs with 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter. I cook my chicken on the Nuwave oven with only Mrs Dash seasoning to it. I add 1 tablespoon of honey to my oatmeal0 -

Please go talk to your cardiologist and tell him how much fluids you drink daily. If your dr has you on a diuretic, you need to let him know how much water you drink daily.1 -
