    2.5 kg = 1 inch reduction

If it comes off your stomach. You can't determine where you're going to lose size from...

you do realize the more exercise you do the more you will retain water to repair your muscles. core workouts also wont target the fat on your midsection either. you CANT spot reduce fat. not to mention if you cut carbs too low you will have to up your sodium, potassium and magnesium or you may end up with keto flu if carbs are low enough.otherwise you will end up with electrolyte issues . you are trying to do too much too soon.

I've got several sets(not spanx brand), but even when I don't need them, they definitely rearrange the discomfort.

They do add a tiny bit of bulk, so make sure you've actually got room to fit into your trousers/jacket after everything gets rearranged.

For what? You need a diet coach.... Or just eat in a deficit

How much weight and size have you lost so far.... You're nearly a third way through your 30 day time frame.

Guys, have you noticed that when you are trying to loose weight & you hear about proteins, resistance training etc. and you kinda get side tracked and start chugging protein shakes which in turn slow your weight loss? That's happening to me from many years, so now my eyes are on the ball. First get to 8% body fat and BMI 21, after that gain muscle, bulk on protein items.

Protein shakes only slow weight loss if they contribute to you consuming too many calories. Protein shakes on their own do not cause weight gain.

Gaining muscle requires a surplus (keeping it small limits fat gain).... Surely you know that if you have put on the amount of muscle you claim? Just eating a lot of protein doesn't guarantee muscle gain.

I spoke to my coach about my goals. He suggested that I focus on swimming, cardio, lots of core workout and continue with my low-calorie plant-based diet. He was the Australian National Bodybuilding champion some years back. He told me to stay away from weight training if my short-term goal is to fit into my 40" jacket. I am doing what my coach told me, I will update my results.

also if you are eating too little calories your body will use what it can for fuel and yes that does mean lean mass/muscle as well as fat and so on. research muscle catabolism/anabolism. you still havent said how low of calories your diet is either. and plant based isnt going to make it any different or better when it comes to weight loss.but hey its your choice
