    6/30 134.5 Went to water fitness yesterday, it felt good and I had energy all day and night. It was a super busy day! DGD arrives this evening

    7/2 134.5 DGD and I went to a Cirque show last night. What fun!
    7/3 133.5 Drank 252% of my water requirement yesterday per Plant Nanny app. It was 109* yesterday and 1 digit humidity.
    7/4 134.0 Didn’t drink enough water. But that’s what happens at the races. Took DGD to the airport. This evening a community 4th of July picnic where NOTHING will be keto friendly. Well, I guess the hamburgers are but they are always extra well done and tough not juicy, medium rare the way I like them.
    7/5 134.5 Did not meet my calories or macros - under on everything. Sloppy Joes instead of burgers, baked beans, fresh fruit salad - mostly watermelon with some strawberries, blueberries, and a little pineapple, and cupcakes for dessert. I had 2 tiny chicken thighs (meat only), two pieces of a strawberry, and about 12 blueberries at the “picnic.”
    7/6 133.5 The next round will bring me to the end of one year on Keto.

    @quiltingjaine - I am a burger-holic but how can you even get that in your mouth??
    squeeze, nibble top, nibble bottom, flip and nibble nibble. the key is to commit to it and never set it down.
