Do you keep track of water?

I drink water all day long, I always have. I am not entering it into my diary, it is near impossible for me to keep track. I’m sure I drink more than I need. Is there any benefit to tracking water if you are sure you are getting enough?

I don't think it's a big deal if you don't track it, unless you're showing signs of dehydration (or a doctor suggests you track it). I track mine, but that's mostly to remind myself to drink enough.1

I've never tracked water. It's not necessary unless your thirst signals are so messed up that you get dehydrated very often (dark urine, dry less elastic skin...etc). I don't believe most people need to track water, although some might want to.1

no, i just make sure my pee is a good colour.

I do track it, but mainly so I don't drink too much water, or to ensure I drink enough because dehydration is one of my two migraine triggers. If you drink regularly throughout the day, no real need to track.
What @TavistockToad says re pee being a good colour is probably the best way to track your hydration levels.2 -
I don't track mine for weight loss purposes, but because like @rianneonamission I get tension headaches when I don't have enough fluids, seems to be something to do with an old whiplash injury, I just try to make sure I drink 2 of my 750ml water bottles at work during the day and then keep an eye on the colour of my pee and drink as necessary.0

I track it just because.0

No I dont.
I did for first few weeks on MFP then stopped.
I have no medical conditions where by I need to drink a certain amount or restrict to a certain amount and I really see no purpose in tracking for me0 -
I do not. I keep a 24oz insulated tumbler on my desk and drink all day, filling it several times. I keep an eye on my pee color too, just in case.0

I don't have to, but I like keeping track of what I drink and consume everyday.
My water bottle holds 32 oz so it's easy to keep track of. I don't force my water intake. I go by the weather, my workouts for the day and the color of my urine.3
