Eating right, but can’t drop any weight. Age 54... is it my age?

Do you use a food scale? Most people suck at eyeballing portions, which means they are eating more calories than they think they are.

apart from the obvious "how are you measuring/weighing your food?", have you checked that your activity level is set correctly and/or that your exercise estimates aren't wildly off? Especially if eating back the calories you burn through exercise0
