Starting back on MFP today. I'm so overwhelmed but your progress photos are amazing inspiration. I've 15kg to lose. Well done ladies. Hopefully I'll be able to post here soon.5

EDIT: maybe a 15-20 lbs difference
I Want That Dress!!!! Yep, that's motivating.2 -

The one in the blue hoodie is the most recent, I plateaued and games back about 20 lb 🤦🏻♀️ so back at it again and back on here to get strict with my diet, my body got used to the physical activity at my job so I have to be more extreme with it, started at about 235; went down to 175; now I’m at 190

I’m taking a breather right now at 130. My goal is 125, I started at 183.

I kept it simple—my diet was/is foods I enjoy within the calorie goals MyFitnessPal suggests. I don’t count anything except calories, but I do make sure to get enough protein. For exercise, I walk briskly for at least 30 minutes most days. I have my Fitbit linked to MyFitnessPal and eat back the calories I get from that.
If I have one tip to share, it’s to be consistent and have patience. What has made this attempt successful over all of my previous ones was that I kept at it even when I felt nothing was happening.
The 2 pics above were taken a little over 9 months apart.

I'm 5ft. The first photo was during the December holidays in 2015. I was around 120lbs. I went on and off prednisone and my weight shifted a bunch. The second photo is August 16 of this year around 114lbs when I decided to change my lifestyle. I'm picking better options more often, healthier portion sizes, and exercising more often. I still don't think I get enough in, but I'm working on that. Third photo is today at 101lbs. My weight change wasn't super drastic but I feel better, and I recognize myself in the mirror again.
