    I dropped out of my yoga practice about four years ago. I'm on a four week stretch, and am talking again with my teacher. Feels good.

    January 2022 Non-Scale Goals for me:

    🚶8000 steps per day
    💧7 large glasses water/herbal tea per day
    🏋️60 mins of strength training per week
    🥞5 days sticking to planned meals each week and make sensible choices when not planned.
    🥚4 portions protein per day
    🥝3 portions of fruit per day
    📵2 screen free Evenings (7pm onwards excl. Kindle)
    🧘10 minutes of Yoga/Meditation

    I would like to see a reduction in body fat, sleep better and start improving my strength and flexibility by the end of March.

    I will post up a screenshot of my spreadsheet at the end of each week.

    I want the freedom and sociability that comes to me when I am in an authentic, committed path toward better health.
