Thanks @mr_sandyman ! I'm trying to be more accountable, so if no WI thread on Fri, I hop over to Sat. I appreciated being welcomed
And @Jimb376mfp , I usually WI on Fri now. I'm just weighing at home these days. My WW meeting wasn't doing anything for me (we got a new leader 6 months or so ago), so I decided I was wasting my $$$. Fortunately, after hearing all the stories, over the years, of members quitting and gaining, I was motivated to not join that group, so I put a plan in place before I quit, and it's been working! Down 8.8 since recommitting on my own (except with GOAD of course) 4 weeks ago and feeling much better already.2
