    Lost in May:: -2lbs
    Lost in June: -.6lbs
    Gained for July: +.5lbs
    August 1st Starting: 137.6
    Month End Goal: 135

    8/1/18: 137.6 (138.6 Average)
    8/8/18: 135.8 (137.2 Average)
    8/15/18: 136 (136.9 Average)
    8/22/18: 134.4 (135.7 Average)

Well, I made my month end goal, and got to 135.. I wonder if I can get my average whittled down to 134.9? That would be cool. I'm thinking that 2 month diet break I had was well needed. Because staying under or around goal is much easier most days, and now the weight is dropping again. I see that my average has been about a .75 lbs a week, a little faster then my goal of .5, and my average net is still a bit over "lose .5lbs a week goal". I just got a Fitbit yesterday, so I am curious to see if my activity level is higher then I've been giving myself credit for. OR I'm just shedding extra water weight from having a two month break. Either way, I'm not complaining. I just find the data interesting....

Trend is going down about .5lbs a week, which is nice. Waiting on it to catch up though, I feel like I am losing. My graph looks like I am trending down but the trend weight hasn't moved. I'm not sure the smoothing calculation but it isn't a simple average.

Like, why doesn't it follow the lower weights and spike up for the few high ones? Why is it smoothed out over the high ones with huge drops to the lower ones? Just annoying. Maybe I just don't like Libra, maybe I need another thing.

    Aug 20: 155.0 lbs (trend 155.4 lbs)
    Aug 27: 154.1 lbs (trend 155.0 lbs)

    Aug Goal: 153 (~3 lbs)
    Aug Loss: 2.2 lbs

I've have a few dips in to the 153s last week, so close to my month end goal! Below is my trending graph for this year, I started in January. While its been going slow, I feel like I've found a good balance of steady weight loss, without running myself into the ground or starving. Back in June I adjusted my calories in and added a day of cardio into our weekly workouts along with a heavy focus on meal prepping. Feel like this really set me up for success! Still can't believe I've been under 155 lbs for the past few weeks!

This is going to be my last check in until mid-September. We leave in a few days for an epic road trip, get married and then drive back (eating and drinking our way through America).
I’ve been meaning to get back down to 135 for a long time. When I got engaged, I thought “now or never” and started in earnest in March (yes, several months after actually getting engaged). It was so awesome to find this group and the support and weekly checkins have been so key to my success.
I will be back in September! I’ve already got a list of goals for when I get back (mostly to keep myself accountable) and plan to focus on getting fitter/stronger through the winter.

OMG!! Congratulations!!! Your trip sounds AMAZING. Enjoy every minute, soak it all in, take too many pictures, have too much fun. Cheers to the start of married life (imo, it's pretty fabulous, hubs and I have been married for 5 and together for 10). And see ya in September!

Late in posting... On the day I was due to post, I found out that my baby didn't have a heartbeat. I was 13 weeks along. Miscarried at 13.5 weeks.

So, my goals have changed. Would like to lose the first trimester weight (already slipping away, much less bloated) and prepare my body for any potential future pregnancies.

Sad experience. And beautiful. And, sad.

    8/29: 138.3

I don't really know what to say other than I'm so so sorry for your loss <3 . Take all the time you need and be gentle with yourself.

Thank you all for your kind words. I'm doing surprisingly well. Miss my little baby, but I think that will be true for every day of the rest of my life.

Now more important than ever to nourish my body with nutrient-dense foods, get lots of fun exercise and movement in, and take as good care of myself as possible!
